TREASURES FROM CHATSWORTH:
THE EXHIBITION

Sotheby's | 2018

As Project Manager and de facto account manager, I staffed and led 9 creative and technical teams from the US, UK, and China in the conception, design, fabrication, and installation of Sotheby’s first non-sale, multi-million dollar exhibition, augmented reality experience, and media/marketing campaign, including a 30 min documentary film. The project commemorated and launched Sotheby's 275th anniversary, the renovation of its New York City headquarters, and its longstanding patronage of Chatsworth House, a stately home in England renowned for the quality of its art collection.

In the form of large-scale 3D sculptures, we magnified small architectural details inside Chatsworth—table legs, moldings, chair feet, corners of rooms—and used them as vitrines and theatrical counterpoints for the historic artwork and objects on display.
